Elizabeth (Judy) Meador Sullivan (Edelen)
My family moved to Arlington in 1955 from NE Washington, D.C., and I continued my education at St. Agnes, Stratford and W-L. I married Bob Meador, W-L '59, and we moved to Houston, Texas the summer of 1964 with our two sons, Bob, Jr. and Scott.

Bob, Scott and families still reside in Texas along with my four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The two oldest grandchildren, Haylee (Austin, TX) and Tyler (Stafford, TX), are busy with their careers. The younger two, Katelynn (Katy, TX) and Bobby (The Woodlands, TX) are in school. The great grandchildren, Ryleigh and William, are 5 and 1. Ryleigh started kindergarten this semester.

My career of almost 50 years was in the oil and gas industry, banking, legal, manufacturing and real estate businesses. I retired in 2015 and married in 2016.

My husband, Steve Sullivan and I are avid golfers, and enjoy golfing around the country. One of our favorites is Dancing Rabbit in Mississippi, the south's equivalent to Augusta National Golf Club. In 2020, I won the Super Senior Club Champion at our country club and was awarded a designated parking spot for a year. We haven't done much traveling for the past few years but ready to start again (2021).
In early 2021, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. After several rounds of chemo and surgery, I am feeling well and ready to party!

I have kept in touch with several classmates from W-L over the years and hope to see them at our next reunion. And, thanks to our reunion committee for coordinating our 60th!
