I have had the pleasure of getting back in touch with many of our classmates and look forward to seeing even more of them in October.
I started professional life as a singer. While I was doing that I got a graduate degree in Speech and taught for a few years. In 1968 I married Ed Stern (Karen Holl was in my wedding party). We had two children: Deborah and Daniel. I went to law school in my late 30s after we had moved to Denver, Colorado. I worked with Ed, a lawyer, for the last months of his life. In 2002 I moved back to the Washington area, Chevy Chase, MD, and have built a new life. My daughter is married and is the mother of my two granddaughters. I am now an artist; I do charcoal and pastel abstract drawings. I also coordinate the volunteers for the Baltimore Symphony at Strathmore Center for the Arts.
