After graduation from W-L, I attended William & Mary, and graduated from there in 1966 with a degree in accounting. I passed the CPA exam in November of that year. My first job was with Price Waterhouse in Washington, D.C., but I eventually took a position as the chief accountant with a large nonprofit organization, still in D.C. I became an expert in nonprofit accounting, and opened a public accounting practice in 1982 for exempt organizations, a practice that I still operate today. My website is www.jestercpa.com.
