After graduation and a year at Madison I worked for the government for a while then married and spent a year in Paris while my husband was stationed there. Then back to the Washington area for several years. I was later divorced and then married Bill- a '58 grad. of Wakefield-who I had dated while at W&L. Bill, as a carreer Officer in the Air Force, and I have traveled the US from California to Minot, ND and back to Calif, Washington again and then Florida. Finally, we settled here in the Cape Canaveral area where our 3 boys wanted to finish their High School years and Bill retired. Bill remained in the Shuttle program but with Boeing. It has been wonderful to be a part of the program, to see the first Shuttle fly and still be here to the end.
I filled my years with a lot of volunteer Air Force activities before Bill retired. Since then I found myself a part of a large multi-store Florist Corporation. Getting it though computerization and the internet age has been challenging and most enjoyable. I am mostly retired doing some tax and acounting consulting for the business.
Bill and I enjoy golf, family-5 grandchildren, our fraternal organizations and travel. We are about to leave on a 3 week trip to Europe and Russia but will return in time for the Reunion in October. Looking forward to seeing many
