After graduation, I worked as a US Government secretary, got married, raised two daughters and got divorced. Over the years, I have stayed in touch with Lucy Hummer (Richards) and recently renewed friendships with Doris Williams (Wallace) and Connie Phillips (Sorrentino).

After my divorce in 1979, I returned to college and completed AA, BA and MHR (Univ of Oklahoma) degrees while working full-time for the USAF at Tinker AFB as a world-wide Inventory Management Specialist.

I received national recognition for my volunteer work for the Air Force Association serving at chapter and state levels as VP of Public Relations & Communications. I was a delegate to the AFA National Covention four times. I was active with Tinker Toastmasters' clubs for several years serving in leadership positions and mentoring the 1991 Toastmasters International Speech Contest Champion.

I have one surviving daughter (& her husband) and one grandson. My companions are 2 dogs and 2 cats, all rescued. Since my medical retirement in 1998, family history and genealogy have been my passion.

My biography has been published in Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in Business & Finance. In 2017 I received a Marquis Who's Who
Lifetime Achievement Award.
