Very exciting to be returning to the scene of some my fondest memories. Imagine how quickly 50 years has gone by, and I can't wait to visit with my former classmates. See you all in October.
Following graduation I attended The College of William and Mary, majored in Political Science and minored in Education.I married my college sweetheart, John Findlay, W-L Class of 1959. We spent 4 years in the Marine Corps and were married for 20 years. We raised two sons, David and Blake.
In 1976 we moved to Maine where John was employed by LL Bean. As my children grew up, I returned to teaching young children and continued a career which spanned 30 years.
In the mid 1980's, I met David Clough who has become the love of my life. David is a Bostonian who attended Brown University and had a career in the Hospitality Industry. Leaving the business world, he has developed into one of Maine's leading watercolorists.
Together we are blessed with 11 grandchildren and continue to enjoy a full and joyous life. Our winters are spent in Naples, Florida. We live 10 minutes north of Portland, one of Maine's loveliest communities.
