Hi Classmates,

It is such a pleasure to be serving as the Co-Chair of our 50th Reunion, and I look forward to seeing you at this once in a lifetime event. I hope you will view Classmates/Missing Classmates on this website, search for friends, and encourage them to attend. Your efforts are appreciated.

After graduating from W-L, I attended Radford College with many other W-L classmates. In 1966, Barbara Gregg Morris, myself, and two other ladies bummed around Europe for two months which cinched what I wanted to include in my life.....travel.

I was involved in the association industry for 20 years planning meetings/events and traveling..........starting with a lobbying operation on Capitol Hill which was my first taste of politics.

In 1989, I became a consultant, planning meetings/events and fundraising for members of Congress, political action, and the National Symphony Orchestra. I also worked at four presidential national conventions handling celebrities, politicians, and entertainers, as well as being involved in the State Funeral for President Gerald Ford.

I have been lucky to work in locales such as Paris, Lucerne, and London and on cruiseships in the Western Caribbean, the Baja Peninsula, and Trinidad. In 2006, I traveled to Beijing, twice, to plan and then coordinate a meeting of international prime ministers of health, physicians, scientists, and corporate executives.

I love to entertain, play golf, and take personal trips with friends..........recent trips include Egypt, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, and Israel.

I have been blessed with great friends and relatives, many who have children and grandchildren, so I am Auntie Mary Ann to many.......which I cherish. Many of these friends will be attending the Reunion, and several go back to the 3rd grade at the former Woodmont Elementary School. Wow!

My motto....It's not how old you are but how you are old!
