Greetings Fellow Classmates,
After graduation, I went to Bucknell University and graduated with a B.S. in Music Education. I taught in MD for a year, and then married a fellow Bucknellian, Sam Townsend, in 1965, moving to Philly while he finished Wharton Grad. From there we moved to Florida and have been here 44 years!

We first lived in Coconut Grove which was a charming village back then in pre-hippies time. Then we moved west to our first home where Sammy III was born. We lived there for 5 years where our daughter, Heather, was also born and finally settled in our home of 26 years located about 12 miles south of Miami. I went back to teaching music where the children attended school and in the mid-80s, I started a new career - college advising which I dearly loved because of the one-on-one byplay with the high school students. (I am one of those weird people who think teenagers are fascinating!)

Almost 10 years ago, Sam and I moved to Melbourne, FL, which is on the Space Coast near Cape Canaveral, about an hour east of Orlando. We are so blessed to have our (grown) children and their great spouses living in FL, and our adorable granddaughters, Brianna and Alysa, who live only 20 minutes south of us with their parents, Heather/Jeff.

Over the years my favorite activities/hobbies have included: bridge, music - including Church choirs/Sweet Adelines, Bible Study, Panhellenic/Book Club, volunteering and travel.

The real reason I am coming to this Reunion is that Martha Sronce Magroski decided to find her Elementary(!) school girlfriends of which Mary Ann Winter is one, and when she finally found me, they both urged me to come - so I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you after all these years!
