Then back to Virginia where I was a Deputy Sheriff, and Airport Police Officer. In 1982, I began my Federal civilian career as a DoD Police Officer and became a DoD Security Inspector/Specialist, working in VA, MD, GA, GTMO, and NM. Retired as a GS-12 with 25 years service. Then worked security at Lake Montclair, VA and PFCU, Alexandria, VA. In 2003, we retired to NC. I have had many experiences I will never forget.
